My creative path began in photography, which continues to shape how I approach design today—with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for narrative.

At Clio, I shape brand experiences at scale, leading work that spans large conference branding, program brand identities, and integrated campaigns. My role brings together digital, print, experiential, and art direction, working closely with cross-functional partners to translate complex ideas into work that feels clear, intentional, and emotionally resonant across every touchpoint.

At the core of my practice is a belief that design is about how things make people feel. The work I care most about builds connection, invites understanding, and leaves room for something human.

Outside of work, you’ll find me cooking, traveling, photographing for the joy of it, or co-hosting the (un)mastered tapes podcast.

If you have a story to share, let’s bring it to life together. Reach out at hello@emiliazibaei.com—I’d love to collaborate!
